KissTony has a feature on this movie on his blog.I haven't seen it, and for all I know it might be one of those movies (like The Man without a Face, and possibly even For a Lost Soldier) that pushes the envelope in the right direction.
Or it could just be a standard gay fantasy about a 29-year-old immature personality having it off with a cute twink, with the whole "forbidden love" thing just being an excuse to try to recapture the romance of the days "before it was legal".
If that's the case then it could well be just another example of a gay film that does more harm than good.
